I have been told flax seed oil causes cancer. Is this true ? I am also concerned about gaining weight !? |
I am having trouble with my stomach along with a benign tumor between my lungs. I read a health book claiming that flax seed oil and bee pollen would help me. I am desperate for help who ever told you that flax seed oil cause a cancer is wrong you need tosee an oncologist my firnd and stop readng all these books. Flax seed oil does not cause cancer. What you probably heard is the flax seed oil produces more estrogen in a woman's body, which can then lead to breast cancer. Flax seed oil is excellent for the body. Make sure it is organic cold-pressed. You can add a couple of tablespoons to oatmeal and you won't even taste it. I don't know about bee pollen but for your stomach you can try enzymes from the health food store that will help keep your stomach in it's natural state. |
