Skin cancer - validity of alternative therapies?

dermatologist wants to MOHS, I don't want surgery. So many alternatives, don't know which to research or which might be best option.

I have had 2 melonmias and was lucky to find them in time. MOHS surgury is one option where they cut ,look and keep cutting until clear margins are obtained. I chose the wide excision method and got clear margins on one. had to have glands removed on the other.

Melanoma is one of the most aggresive of cancers. You do not have time to play around with treatments that may or may not work...your life is at stake here! This cancer metasisizes very quickly and spreads to all parts and organs of the body. You cannot take a chance on this.
If you insist on playing games, Vitamin A in extremely strong doses applied directly to the lesion, and Selenium have shown to inhibit the growth. There was a selenium/vitamin a cream some time ago that proved beneficial. Good luck
