I recently did a microbiological test for my periodental problems.I got the test results and I couldn't understand anything. Someone plz help me..

T.forsythia 5.4%
Campylobacter species 4.6%
Fusobacterium species 5.4%
P.micros 3.8%
Am i in a very bad condition? what can I do next? help me.
