Does calcium supplement really help? |
More than a decade ago, I was diagnosed as having mild scoliosis, and aside from the specific exercise for scoliotics, I was advised to have more calcium intake..I'm not fond of taking milk, but now, am taking calcium supplement (Calcet, for low calcium leg cramps - coz I experience leg cramps once in a while, though not every week)..Do you think it's gonna help fill up my calcium needs? Thanks! I work for a pharmacist and he says it goes both ways check out this website, they have a product to remove bad calcium and put in good calcium. It might help you. www.calgenex.com. The program is called Calci Clear. Report It yes it helps all the bones in her body especially her spine, hip, teeth.nails and knees cheesestrings - ever seen the advert, "multipack mummy!" for people who have bone problem ..dostors always recomment calcium tabs..but be careful you might have deficit. I don't think calcium supplements will help with scoliosis. With Scoliosis the fusing of the vertebrae will stop the curving of the spine from getting worse. However they will help with Osteoporosis etc. There is Fosamax D, Boniva and the list goes on. I would probably eat alot of foods with Calcium in it. The Body will ABSORB FOOD VITAMINS MORE EASILY OR LIQUID VITAMINS. yes,it helps. |
