Calcium in soya milk vs. calcium in cows milk?

Can anyone tell me if the calcium added to soya milk is absorbed by the body as well as the calcium in cows milk? I am lactose intolerant and have been drinking soya milk for the past four years and avoiding dairy but I read somewhere that although soya milk claims to have the same levels of calcium as cows milk it is not adapted by the body as easily, i'd be very grateful to anyone who can shed light on the matter, thanks guys.

Calcium is calcium, be it in milk, soy, or capsule form.

I love soya milk it is much better for you than cows milk. It has more vitamins and minerals in as well., so you are certainly not losing out here.

There is a milk out now in the uk which is lactose free. I've heard it is nice although I haven't tried it yet.
Best wishes
