When calcium starts to deposit in your body how does it make you feel.?

I started taking 1200 mg of calcium with up to 800 mg of magnesium. I started doing this because Dr OZ on Oprah said that this combination helps the calcium to absorb and to help rid the body of excess fat, but i have noticed that my body feels more achy and my bones make this cracking noise more often now. Is this normal or should i stop taking the calcium

Would suggest you search for mdr for calcium. Seems like you are over doing it by quite a bit. Being a doctor doesn't make him an expert in nutritional values..it is something that is required in very few med schools. Would suggest a bit more skepticism when hearing of such radical advice on tv.
