Calcium Gummy Bears? |
I have recently bought a bottle of L'il Critters Calcium Gummy Bears. Since it pretty much looks and tastes like candy, I am starting to doubt it's potency and whether or not it is nutritious enough. Sure, they taste good, but do they have enough nutrition? I'm just wondering if I should continue to use these or switch back to regular calcium tablets again. Thanks! The best source of calcium is from food, next a plant sourced vitamin and mineral supplement. |
