I need calcium and iron rich food!
well i have scoliosis (curved spine, shape like an S) and my osteo doctor says that my vertabraes are too thin and I am at risk for osteo prosis, even though i'm only 14, and i am skinny.
my other problem is that i have blackouts, dizzyness, i am iron deffic.
