how bad can it be for your health? im not sure, but i'm pretty sure that it stunts your growth... or maybe that's just coffee. it makes people really hyper and awake as well. It kind of is, but it isn't like, deadly...ya know what I'm sayin? I'm hoping to buy decafinated coffe when I can find one that is brewed strong enoughbn , Actually coffee sups up your adrenaline and cortisol ,and high cortisol makes you put weight on your stomach , notably the worst place as it makes you vulnerable to heart attacks . Caffeine has both health benefits and health risks. If not used in moderation caffeine can raise your blood pressure, heart rate, etc. If used in moderation it can increase your metabolism, help open your airways (for asthmatics) and give you more energy for daily activities. Okay. I'm going to use the "it's natural" argument. I consider it to be much better than, say, a soda loaded with who knows what and high fructose corn syrup. While my husband and I still buy conventional coffee (Kroger store brand in the can), we also have been buying USDA organic Fair Trade coffee as well. (The Sunday after we found out I was pregnant, my husband bought me three bags at church. Since I cut back from caffeinated coffee at least every morning to mixing half decaf and half regular two or three times a week, it's definately lasted.) It is addictive and all addictions r bad. |

Some of the strongest most potent thermogenic pills only have 600mg in a full dosage! ...I drink water.....Caffeine isn't good for you. Half of ADHD is due to kids drinking to much caffeine. If you dont buy the junk the companies will go away, problem is people like DRUGS. Just... Your therapist is correct! Oh no!
