Caffeine...?

I think i may have a slight caffeine overdose. in the last two nights i have drank close to 10-12 cups of pretty strong coffee. i have been sitting here feeling completely uneasy like soemthing is wrong and paranoid, my symptoms match up with paranoia. after doing some research online i have seen that caffeine does this to a person.. is there any way to help these effects? i do not feel sick, but there is no way i am going to be able to sleep ( i did not sleep last night because i have so many exams for school) i feel uneasy and paranoid and i do not want to talk to people. what is a way to make that go away.. is that a mild overdose?

Caffeine destroys your water soluble vitamins, so you need to replace them. The B complex is most important in helping your nerves calm down. Eat a few bites of food (toast is fine) with a B-complex supplement, along with a some liquid (or you'll be burping some really nasty smell). A warm cup of milk wouldn't hurt.

You can't OD on caffeine, it just feels like it.

Take a walk and wait for it to get out of your system. It's the only way. Drink lots and lots of water because you're going to feel the dehydration real soon.

i doubt its anything to worry about.
caffeine overdose is sooo rare it takes something like 20 pots of coffee in a row to really do any serious damage.
i would lay off the caffeine for the next week if i were you though.
try to flush it out with water, and make sure to have food in your stomach... that might help your jitters.

OK i have done this before lol i drank some warm chocolate milk then i just tried to relax i watched a movie and sipped some hot decaf tea it. that panicky feeling pass in a few hours.

You can OD on caffeine.. but not really from coffee. It would take much more than you can feasibly drink, so it's not so much an overdose as it is bothersome. It won't hurt you assuming that you keep food in your stomach and don't have any heart conditions.

Caffeine's a stimulant that gives you tremors. The only real way to counteract it is via a depressant. Assuming that you're of age, the best way I've found to fix a caffeine high is to drink a small amount of alcohol. If that's not an option, you can settle for things that just relax or sedate you. Turkey, warm milk, sleeping pills, allergy meds.. Of course, if you have Xanax or Beta-Blockers, those would help too.. but that's not in your normal medicine cabinet. Other than that - you just have to wait it out until you eventually crash.
