Caffeine and alcohol growth stunting? |
i hear caffeine and alcohol stunt growth. im 14, and sometimes i have caffeine, and i sometimes take medicine with alcohol in it. my question is: how exactly does it stunt growth, so if i do consume some caffeine, what should i eat to counter it so my growth isnt stunted? Naw if your parents are short then you will be short. It goes by you parents and thier parents and so on. That's not the question. |
