Caffeine content of green tea extract?

I know that green tea has caffeine. I know that a cup of green tea has roughly a third of the caffeine in a cup a coffee. But, what I need to know is, if a serving of green tea extract is about equivalent to drinking 15 cups of green tea (in the sense of polyphenols and whatever other benefits) - do you also get 15 times the caffeine? Because that sounds really scary!

If you can't find the answer online (I assume you tried because I googled the question myself and couldn't find the answer anywhere), then I guess you will have to ask at a health food store.

I think they remove some of the caffeine in the filtering process of the extract, but I'm not sure, sorry.

hi

minimal
I am very sensitive to caffeine and have found it is NOT as strong as darker teas.
