Question about caffeine headaches?

I drink gaspari superpump 250 before i lift which has a decent amount of caffeine. I have always worked out in the morning at 9PM before me classes, but now i want to start working out at 5PM instead so i will drink the preworkout drink a little before then. The first day i tried it i had a headache all day till i worked out. I know all about caffeine withdrawl headaches, but i want to know if my body will get used to getting the caffeine at 5PM instead of 8AM so i am not tired for my classes. Dont tell me not to take caffeine, that wont help thanks.

Your body will get used to it, you'll just have a few days of discomfort. Take some tylenol/ibuprofen if your are too uncomfortable. Make sure you are keeping your body hydrated with water too as caffeine tends to dehydrate you. In addition to working out, you should be drinking plenty of water.

It is true..Since your body has become so use to the 8am routine, your body expects to intake that high amount of caffeine. After a few days, I can't guartantee that the headaches will subside, unless the headaches are being caused from some other illness

Your body will gradually adjust. Until then, take an OTC painkiller such as Motrin. Have you heard of JetFuel? I take a capsule of that before pumping iron. Sometimes two capsules. It really boosts energy and has great thermogenic properties.
