Why do caffeine pills have such a negative affect on me?

I used to drink a lot of coffee and energy drinks every day. I decided to cut way down because I know it is bad for you. However, I can still drink huge amounts of each and be wired, but in a positive, energetic way. I don't crash afterwards either.

They say caffeine pills are equivalent to 2 cups of coffee each. I have taken 2 caffeine pills on 2 separate occasions. Both times, I could not stop shaking. I felt like my head was very heavy one minute and lightheaded the next. My thoughts were out of control, the first time I took them at work I was convinced I was going to run out of grilled chicken. I ended up making three times as much as I needed. The second time, I took them at home, and I was convinced my head was going to explode. Sometimes I even hallucinate. And this is a normal dose!

Then I crash...bad, and pass out. The weirdest thing about it is that the day after, I am very depressed and freaking out. Why does this happen to me when I have a high caffeine tolerance?

I want to know why because I am interested in the way my brain and body works. Also I want to know if anyone else has had similar experiences.

I KNOW caffeine pills are bad for you. Everything, in a way, is bad for you. I'm not stupid. What's stupid is the fact that the first three people didn't answer the question I asked. So if you have nothing useful to say, then stay out.

Technically, hun, you are making yourself really sick with caffeine intoxication. It's too m uch for you all at once; and despite what many people will tell you, caffeine is actually a depressant in the long-run. It might make you feel up and perky for awhile, but long-term use can cause really bad depression problems. I suggest you try to find other ways of making yourself feel perky, because caffeine is definitely not the right way to do it.

i dont know but stop taking them!! they arent GOOD for anybody.

coz caffiene is not good for our body wden much more

Why do you need to know why - just accept that they have a negative effect and DON'T DO IT AGAIN

cut yourself off

try drinking tea it has caffine but not as bad for you

throw out all of your coffee and pills

start fresh or you could earn yourself a trip to the hospital

also coffee gives you alsers, a big fat hole in your stomach

and if you get that then you cant drink coffee or caffine AT ALL

because they are bad for you! any amount of caffine is, let alone a cocentrated dose. smarten up.
