Does caffeine cause these symptoms...?

I am making an appointment to see a doctor, but recently I have been getting strong pressure on the left side of my head. Kind of near the temple, but more far back on the side. It does NOT hurt. Just pressure that comes and goes. Also, my ears have been ringing for the last 2 nights when I go to sleep. For the past week, my caffeine intake has gone up A LOT. I have been drinking 2 cups of strong espresso per day plus sometimes a coke. (As opposed to maybe one cup of coffee every OTHER day in the past. I've started drinking more caffeine because my baby is three months old and I need it!!) Could the caffeine be causing these things? Maybe? Like I said I am still going to go to the doctor.

I think it could. I get really bad headaches from caffeine withdrawal, and I don't even drink a lot of coffee. We all react differently to caffeine. I also had a friend who had ringing in the ears from acid reflux and drinking coffee made the ringing a lot worse.
