Ways to deal with Caffeine withdrawal?? |
Please help!!! The way I quit caffeine without withdrawals was I used 2/3rds caffinated coffee to 1/3rd decaffinated coffee for 1 week, 2nd week 1/3rd caffine and 2/3rd decaf then totally decaf and suffered no withdrawal symptoms at all . Hope this works for you if you try it. same problem Don't worry it will get easier. I was a Mt. Dew addict until it started to give me migraines. Don't quite cold turkey. Reduce your consumption slowly and make sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Try to switch to caffeinated Green Tea. |
