Ways to deal with Caffeine withdrawal??

Please help!!!
I'm going through caffeine withdrawal because i was having balance problems. My doctor told me it was from the caffeine and i should cut it out of my diet. This though has caused me to be under motivated, detached, and my friends and family have said i'm very cold lately. I'm a very peppy happy person and this change to anger and depression is effecting me alot. I've tried easing my way out of caffeine instead of cold turkey, but i just get too anxious and jittery. Caffeine affects me alot because i'm a teenager, but i can't deal with the constant cold-ness of my mood....can anyone help me? i need a way to stop the moodswings!! please help1!!!!

The way I quit caffeine without withdrawals was I used 2/3rds caffinated coffee to 1/3rd decaffinated coffee for 1 week, 2nd week 1/3rd caffine and 2/3rd decaf then totally decaf and suffered no withdrawal symptoms at all . Hope this works for you if you try it.

same problem
just drink alittle bit of it but not nearly as much and you should be fine or ween yourself stoping cold turkey will mess wit hyou
so just drink a little bit less
:]

Don't worry it will get easier. I was a Mt. Dew addict until it started to give me migraines. Don't quite cold turkey. Reduce your consumption slowly and make sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Try to switch to caffeinated Green Tea.
