How much caffeine a day is too much and what are possible short as well as long term side effects from caffeine? stunt in growth is a side effect of caffeine and a major release of endorphins is a short term side effect. if i was you, i wouldnt drink to much caffeine. It IS A DRUG! i think over 300 mg is an overload.. like more than 3 cups of coffee is a lot. short term--you'll be jittery (especially if you haven't eaten) and anxious. long term--you'll be an anxious person all the time, tired when you come down, an insomniac, you'll get headaches (from dehydration), and you'll be addicted. |
