Caffeine alternative? |
I'm always tired in the morning, but unfortunately I need to stay away from caffeine, as it triggers migraines for me. Does anyone know of an alternative to caffeine to help pick me up in the mornings? yerba mate tea, has something similar to caffeine but, lowers blood pressure, actually helps you sleep and has something similar to caffeine but not the helaht risks and you dont get the withdrawel sypmtoms ( Cafeine CRAAAAASH!!!!!!!!!!) go for run or do a bit of exercise. splash cold water on your face or take cold shower. ephedrine, sugar, psuedoephedrine, ritalin, adderal, desoxyn, amphetamines, methamphetamine, cocaine, etc Plenty of water, try buying bottled and put in the fridge.Eat a proper breakfast.it's not hard my friend to look after yourself it would be better if youd drink tea Eating an apple will wake you up in the morning. So instead of having your "morning coffee" have your Morning Apple. Seriously, try it, and if it works for you then e-mail me with your success story, please :-) An apple is the better to wake you up in the mornings than a coffee and have a cuppa tea instead of coffee :-) |

As a person who has given up caffeine several times in my life (only to go back, but that is another story) I can tell you that if you go about four days with no caffeine you will get a headache th... Its hard but just stay away from it, and a... i heard that caffeine will dehydrate you faster . that it is better to drink water when you sweat a lot. so i guess it is true but don't know for sure ...1 cup of day - that's not bad at all.
