Quitting Caffeine...?

Does anyone know how many days it takes to feel better after your quit drinking caffeine? I am on day three and I still have a head ache. Also, does anyone know any ways besides drugs or caffeine that can make you feel better? Thanks!

It will only take about a week! Just keep drinking water...it will go away soon. once it does you will start to notice how much better you feel. caffeine is soooo bad for you! you will probably shed a few pounds too.

I would wean off mixing 1/2 and 1/2 with decaf and regular. I think it can take a week or so.
When I quit coffee I cut down slowly. I went down to 1 cup of brewed for a month. Then to 1 cup of instant (less caffeine) then to 1 cup of tea (even less caffeine) then to herbal tea.

it took me a week to get off drinking 3 cans of soda everyday. now i drink juice in its place and every week i have a redbull, to reduce my cravings. don't go cold turkey right away, take it slow and try to reduce one soda a day.

caffeine, like any drug, will make you go through withdrawal symptoms, the most common are headaches. they took a week for them to go away for me.
