CT Scans?? |
After suffering severe tummy pains i have been shcheduled in to have first a CT scan of my abdomen with a contrast injection......later that day I am due to have a CT scan of my pelvis. What could they find?? I am aware that it can pick up appendicitis etc.. but what could the scan of my pelvis show?? I will have a barium enema two weeks later. A CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis can show many organs or abnormalities: (((hugs))) I can understand how worried you must be about this. But it is impossible to say what they will find. Speculation as to what it might find is only going to worry you more. Ask to speak to your doctor again, and explain your worries to them. |
