Is it Possible for some injuries to go undetected in a CT scan and MRI? I crushed my T6 vertebrae about 1 month ago and I have very unusual symptoms unfolding. I have been losing feeling in my left leg for about 5 seconds with out warning then it instantly comes back. Anyone have any idea of what is going on? If not you may want to request that. Otherwise, I would seek out a Neuro Surgeon. They work with those kind of issues. Anytime a vertebra is crushed, that's quite serious! You should be in a brace and have it immobilized, possibly even get surgery if warranted. The crushed bone can shred the nerve; You COULD lose mobility in your leg permanently! Get to a doc and get that brace! Good luck... Report It When scans do not help then consult a homeopath and that would really help you. Go for a second or third opinion. It is good to have a few sets of eyes look at a scan. Is there a Mayo Clinic near where you live? They have branches in Florida and Arizona in addition to the original in Minnesota. Don't give up. yes Hi Matt, You may have a pinched nerve in your back. Go see your doctor, and tell him about losing feeling in your leg. A.S.A.P. A Friend. I am not being silly: I wish you could see "Dr. House", I am sure he would be able to come up with a diagnosis. Along with his team. |
