Anyone had this medical issue? i have a sharp pain in the right abdomin. ultrasound and ct scans show nothing,

i have exploratory surgery on wednesday to look for a cist they cant see, or appendisitis they cant see, or any other problem not seen by ct and ultrasounds, the pain is very bad when my right lower abdomen is pushed on. so bad ive been in er 3 times from the pain. any female knowledge or ideas whould be appriciated

I don't know if it is just like yours, but I had a problem of unexplained lower abdominal pain that sometimes got so bad it would make me double over and vomit. The tests never showed anything wrong so finally my doctor decided to do an exploratory laporoscopy. He ended up finding that I had adhesions on my uterus that pulled on the other organs at times causing the severe pain. Right then he removed the adhesions and the pain went away.
This was about 10 years ago and I had no problems up until a few months ago when the pain started up again, but I knew it could reoccur :(
I hope all works out for you and they find a simple reason and solution for the pain you have been experiencing.
Good luck.
