CT Scan aftermath?

Will a head CT scan leave any sypmtoms or marks in the head or other orgrans afterwards?

I had it done today. I was suspecious of sinusitis. Now I feel a bit sick and a bit unnatural. I'm just asking if this is something the X-Ray has caused.
