Did u ever perform CPR on a late pregnant woman? |
Performing CPR on a person for the first time can be a nightmare for many people but doing it on a pregnant lady must be a hellish experience for us right?Can you imagine saving two lives at the same time by only a few breaths and chest pushings.If any of you out there had any experience either administering CPR on someone/patient or being save with CPR by a physician/bystander,come share your story with us.... I was a paramedic, I did CPR an numerous individuals for 5months gestation (pre-term delivery) to a 95+ year old. It doesn't get easier to do as you go. You need to do CPR on a pregnant woman (GOD FORBID you need to), because you need to keep the blood and oxygen flowing for the baby until you can get to a hospital to get the baby out. |
