I wish to hear your experiences with severe CHF ^& edema, if you have it.? |
I have severe CHF after massive MI. Ejection fraction is 50% but I am swelling badly with edema all over & in great pain. I tried lasix& congeners and they failed TOTALLY to induce urination. My labs are normal, creatinine clearance, albumin, lipids, liver, kidney ,etc. Anyone of you failed with torsemide or loop diurectics, like me??? I am so sorry for you, Please allow me to pray for you. I am in the early stages of CHF...Please, forgive me...God bless you, I only can imagine what you are experiencing. Have your doctors suggested a Dobutamine drip, a pacemaker? Hve they mentioned an LVAD for short term until they can somehow diurese you? Have they prescribed a very low dose of morphine for you to take when you have the anxiety gasping? I'm sorry I can't offer more. |
