Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is one of several names given to a poorly understood, highly debilitating disorder of uncertain cause/causes, which is thought to affect approximately 4 per 1,000 adults[1] in the United States and other countries, and a smaller fraction of children.[2]

The disorder is marked by chronic mental and physical exhaustion, often severe, and by other specific symptoms, arising in previously healthy and active persons. Despite promising avenues of research, there remains no objective assay or pathological finding which is widely accepted to be diagnostic of CFS. It remains largely a diagnosis of exclusion, made on the basis of patient history and symptomatic criteria, although a number of tests exist which can help aid diagnosis

Have a food alergy test done it could be intolerances to milk, wheat etc Serioulsy people mistake a simple food intolerance's for CFS. Visit this site it will explain it better!

CFS
This is a under lined digestive disorder. first I would start with the simplest to get my system in in order. read below.
While using these , thery will start to regulate your body.
When you body is not recieveing the nutrition from the food you are eating, then the body is only working 1/4 of what you are putting in and it is working over time to keep you functioning.
the best way to explain is you are not digesting food properly and what is going in not all is comming out so the is a clog here and you body is working over time to sort it out so there isn't much left over for you to do what you want.
When Do You Need Internal Cleansing?

If this is the first time you've been exposed to this life-changing information, you've probably never considered this simple question: Are you clean inside? Of course you take care of the outside: You shower, brush your teeth and wash your hair on a regular basis, but do you clean yourself inside? In this modern, toxic world it's becoming a simple fact of life that our colon (the 鈥榮ewer system' of the body), liver and other organs also require regular cleaning. Just like a car requires an oil change periodically.

How do you know when it's time to free your body of accumulated toxins, parasites and other waste materials? If you experience one or more of the following, then it's time to detoxify:

Frequent fatigue and low energy
Flatulence, gas & bloating
Excess weight
Food allergies
Impaired digestion
Irritability, mood swings
Bad breath & foul-smelling stools
Parasites in stool
Frequent colds
Recurring headaches
Chronic constipation
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Protruding belly ("pooch")
Powerful food cravings
Skin problems, rashes, etc.
Metallic taste in mouth
Hemorrhoids
Candida infection
Pages below reports to explain read for you self to help improve you health back to normal health.
Nutrition is the best way back to natural health with no side effects. I was there but today I have my health back

^^ year old and feeling great. Because they all worked.

Also a colon detox is also in order.
