How do you clean your house when you have CFS?

I have had CFS for two years now, and it's not getting better. My place is messy because I have no energy to clean it, but I love a clean place. Or atleast tidy. I work from home and that tires me out so I don't have anything left over to clean my place. Who else suffers or has suffered from CFS, and how did you cope with things like this? I live by myself so I have no one else to help me.

why don't you treat yourself and get someone in a couple of hours a week.. Choose carefully and you will enjoy their company at the same time.

I don't have CFS, but I do have MS. The fatigue from that is horrible. Doc prescibed "Amantadine" to help with that. Kinda works. Im lucky enough to have kids that help with housework.

Have you been diagnosed with CFS? Or is this just what you have assumed from what you have read. I have the same problem. I have been to three doctors, all of whom have have taken all sorts of blood and other tests. I am, apparently, fine. I visited a psycologist who gave me an odd sort of test that tested for anxiety and depression. I scored in the severe range for anxiety and also severe for depression. She explained that people like myself will always try to find an alternative excuse for what we are going through yet it comes down to the sub-conscious. Severe anxiety itself explains the lack of energy.
