I am having pain under my rib on the left side of my stomach. I have had a cat-scan, ultra sound, colonoscopy, and a endoscopy, with no results the pain has been with me for 3 months and getting worse , blood test results where my liver emzems were high. I have IBS which the doctors blame for the pain. At first it was dull, now the pain is worse and hurts when I bend or twist, It feels as though something is inside of my stomach caught between my rib. It is getting worse what kind of a specialist should I see? Anyone have any information for me I really need some imput Thanks

a gastrologist..but hun let me tell been going through that a YEAR!! and been to a gastrologists had same test except colonscopy and endoscopy...but had a stool test which showed occult blood..(which isnt normal) they too blamed IBS hemmorids etc..but neither show blood.. my advice is if it gets bad go to the ER.... soo anyway take some tynelol..use a hot water bottle, and warm baths should help a lil.. try gas X mayb u have gas pockets who knows!!!!!! anyway best of luck feel better!!! if u find out anything let me kno!!
