What should be done is you should have a discussion with your cardiologist. It may be possible to open the grafts via angioplasty, or replace them if you have large enough vessels existing elsewhere that can be used. But there's no point taking polls here, because the final decision is between you and the doctor, depending on your particular situation.

your cardiologist should be giving you these answers, if you had an angiogram, I am assuming that's how you know there are occluded, then he or she should have told you your options then.

Discuss with yr cardiologist - he will have the best perspective given your unique medical history/background.

From memory the presence of more than 1 occlusion means that angioplasty would not be done (it is for only 1 occlusion)

Continue on your medications - you should be on several including a statin (which reduces your cholesterol and stabilizes the plaque), an antiplatelet (e.g. aspirin).

Did you undergo a programme of cardiac rehabilitation folowing your CABG? Participation in a cardiac rehabilitation programme has been proven to reduce mortality significantly.

Stop smoking (if you do). Ensure appropriate weight loss. Exercise. Limit your alcohol intake.

Comply with your medications, and keep your medical appointments. Stay happy (=

I had a four way CABG a year latter had two occluded vessels the surgeon that did the operation did not want to open me up again as this could cause more vein failures and suggested I have two angioplasties. Had that 12 years ago and doing just fine at 78 also on satin drugs.

it's grafts not drafts. there are different treatments depending on the severity of the occlusions and your medical history. sometimes changing or adding medications can help. sometimes they want to redo the surgery. sometimes they stent the grafts.
