My mom recently had a CABG surgery...?

and her scars were healing up well...recently the one on her chest opened up a small hole. Could this be because her breasts are pulling it apart when she doesnt wear a bra?

and her chest wound has 2 small holes that have opened up after the glue and cut closed...it is not where the drains were...could this be because her breasts are pulling on the scar when she is not wearin a bra

If it is the chest (STERNUM), or site of incision, than report to the surgoeon as there might be some infection. Useless taking advise on the net.

i feel for her

It probobly doesn't help with healing process that's for sure. Maybe a sports bra of some sort for gentle support.

it is probably where the doctors put a drain in. Keep it cleaned and apply neosporin to it. If it gets worse see a doctor. Actually a bra can irritate things more. Get her a soft sports bra with no wires and it may help out.
