What are the dangers of drug-eluting stents? |
I am having three put in on Thursday. The alternative was CABG. Congratulations on avoiding CABG. I think your own doctor is supposed to go over all the possible side effects of your treatment before you sign consent papers. If you don't know, you must ask your doctor before you sign the consent. That's why it's called "informed consent." Don't sign until you understand. As far as I know there arent any complications with coronary angioplast surgery. Good Luck, not as though you'll need it. |
