How to loose weight after c-section? |
Got out of c-section n episotomy about almost 9 weeks ago. I was trying for natural delivery than they did an emergency c-section so i had stitches on tummy n episotomy but my gyno said they have healed now my question: I already lost 20 pounds since delivery but I would like to loose atleast 5 to 10 pounds in a month how do i do it? I want to tone my thighs, hips and decrease the size of my butt. I got a treadmill at home so what speed should i use or how many hrs should i do it and what kind of foods should i eat? PLs. I need to loose few more pounds in a months time? THanks! I am 24 years old, and was wonderng is Treadmill good to tone thighs, hips and butt and also loose fat on the stomach from c-section if so how many hrs should i do it everyday to loose atleast 5 pounds maximum thanks! Just eat healthy, drink heaps of water! and probably do an hour a day or at least 5-6 day's a week. pilates or turbo jam should help as you are targeting specific areas. just get a dvd and do it from home. |
