Exercising after a c section?

I just had a c section six weeks ago so i've decided to start working out but i cant even do one real push up what in home exercise should i start with ive never been reliable with work out tapes or anything like that but i need to do something what should i do

At 5 weeks post surgery I started Tae Bo - slowly! 6 years after I am still unable to do a sit-up, so I suggest you do what feels comfortable to you. Yoga and pilates are non-straining to your midsection when done slowly so I suggest starting with a few simple stretches in the mornings and work up to low-impact in a week or two. Again, it's very important to only do what your body says you can. Don't strain yourself!
