I had a c-section w/ my son need some tips on exercises? |
My son just turned 1 and so i think its time i get off my lazy butt and workout, I had a c-section with him so i have this seperation in my abs (its like an indention or something) that's in between my belly button and c-section scar, i'm assuming its from a bar that the doctors use to hold back your skin when trying to get the baby out, anywho my question is are there certain exercises i can do to make the circle or indention smaller or even better disappear! Thanks! Exercise and a good balanced diet are the only way to help you stomach and overall weight loss. I don't know if that will ever go away, but it will definately go down. Start out gently with your stomach, using the exercise ball or crunches, and do it every other day at first, then as you are able add more. You have to work your entire body to help your stomach! Sometimes the tummy and butt are the last things to go when losing weight, which sucks, but it's possible! Good Luck! why didn't you start exercising in pregnancy??? it would have been easier. get out and WALK -take the kid. eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water. |
