C-section & Belly flab?

Can anyone help get rid of that flab that hangs over c-section. I was weighing 125 and was in good shape.....well life & some harsh setbacks...i've gained weight.

I had some flab even in the good shape & is worse now...but is there anyway to get rid of it. Some c-sectioners don't have the flab & have relatively flat tummies. *jealous* I want to get back in better shape...help w/flab issue? I was in fire academy & did a lot of exercise, & it didn't go away then...

Another thing I am scared to have a tummy tuck...and then the money....

Shouldn't you wait till you KNOW you're done w/kids? I am pretty sure, but you never know...I'm 30 years old. Kids = 11 & 9. Didn't like being pregnant anyway...but still ?

Yep, the only way is tummy tuck. The place where the scar is will not shrink in size--it has no elasticity. Wait till you're done having kids. But do the abdominal exercises anyway--they're good for you!

Sometimes when you have a c-section they go through muscle. I was told that the only way to get rid of the flab I have is to have a tummy tuck. No amount of sit-ups will get rid of mine. I had an emergency c-section and still do not have feeling in the lower part of my tummy. My son is now 7.

Sorry to say, it probably will not go away. Do you have stretch marks? I've had 2 C-sections and I have the same problem. I've lost 40 lbs and my loose skin on my belly just gets worse. No amount of cardio, crunches or sit ups will make it go away. I'm having a tummy tuck next spring because it's my only option. They joys of motherhood!
