C-section scar?

Are there any homeopathic remedies for reducing the scarring of a c-section? I'm developing thick scar tissue under my incision and would like to know if there is something I can do about it. Thanks

I find that BIO OIL can reduce all sorts of scaring.Vitamin e oil is also good.(apply twice a day directly to the scar)
