Burning Pain near ovary and c-section line?

I had a c-section 2 years ago and for a week and a half now i have had burning on my ceserian line and on my left side where my ovary is. My ovary is also just aching on its own i havnt ever felt this before its keeping me up at night. What in the world could this be from? Could this be a infection or what? Has anybody had this feeling after having a c-section a long time ago? I went to the er and they said that they couldnt find anything wrong.......i need help!

Endometriosis causes pain like that, also scar tissue can become irritated inside your body

could be an infection but to be on the safe side go to you obgyn and get it checked out.
