I had a c-section when I gave birth to my now 8 month old son, you can do exersizes and stuff but you will probly have a little of the sagging still due to the stomach muscles and skin being stretched. it will help doing exersizes but you will probly still have a lil saggy pooch. i still got mine. Lots of abdominal exercises will help tighten up your stomach but if you have loose saggy skin, it won't shrink back surgery is the only answer to remove the excess skin. I had two c-sections and both babies were large 9lbs & 8lbs2oz. |
