I had a c-section about 2 years ago and my belly is fat still?

Hi IM Stephanie 21 years old , 5''3 150 pounds I had a c-section about 2 years ago and my belly is fat still. My sides go out allot, i eat at night and i love eating sweats like cake .How do i get rid of this tire on by belly i need the best times to eat and what foods to eat at what time someone help me with a schedule with times thanks.

stop eating sweets. start eating healthier. if youa re hungry at night you should eat veggies.

You should eat like this
Breakfast
mid morning snack (like ougurt)
Lunch
Mid afternoon snack (like fruit)
Dinner
Nighttime snack (you can eat sweets here but make sure heya re uner 200 calories for your whole nighttime snack)

First, you have to plan to drop the sweets and the easy carbs. Your body has no reason to burn fat if you make calories so easy to get at.

Yep, it's going to take a little effort, but you can do it if you want to. You may think you want to, but your intention is often where the land mines are. Write down, in a paragraph form, how you want to see yourself and how you'll feel because of it. That's your intention. Then, you start taking steps to bring your current reality towards that intention.

You can do it!

If you'd like, you can email me and I'd be happy to help.

if you are overweight you aren't going to get your stomach to be smaller unless you get the rest of you to be smaller at the same time..stop eating at night....try not to eat at LEAST 3 hours before you go to bed. if you like sweets like cake, try angel food cake which is fat free. also start doing cardio for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day

1. get checked out to make sure nothin is wrong
2. try to cut down on certain foods.
3. only eat when you are hungry or when you know you can burn it of
4. know what your limit is on eating and don't over eat
5. excercise.
