Bypass surgery 5yrs ago.How long will these grafts last if healthy now?

I had 4 arteries in my heart replaced(bypass) 5yrs ago.I take my meds for high blood pressure and chlorestrol every day and a low dose aspirin.I am diabetic also and take only half metformin twice a day.I eat healthy and excersise every day.Just wondering if these grafts will last or do they have a life span that may require me to have it done again.I was 54 when I had the surgery.I had a heart attack and the doctors told me there was very little damage to the heart muscle.
