My mom and Gastric Bypass Surgery?

My mother is having gastric bypass surgery on July 25th and I'm curious what to expect. She is currently 5'5 and 380lbs. She cannot hold her bladder, or hardly move, her diabietes, cholestoral and blood pressure are way out of wack. Her heart, back and knees are causing her tremdous pain because of her size. Anything I can do to help her? I'm overweight too so we plan on exersicing together as soon shes healthy enough.
