Weight loss 3 years after gastric bypass surgery.....?

I had gastric bypass surgery three years ago and I have lost about 170 pounds and I gained about 15-20 pounds since then, Well now I want to loose 40 pounds for the summer. Does anyone who has had the surgery have any suggestions for weight loss. I currently weigh 170.

Try returning to the diet of the first two weeks. (All liquid) Only for two weeks maximum to see is your body response.Talk with the doctor and the nutrition's.I have the surgery and after a time stopped and this help to kick up the loss.Also exercise

My body stopped losing weight at 183 after my bypass. I doubt seriously that you'll lose any more weight!
