Who has had the gastric bypass surgery? |
I had the gastric bypass surgery done in 1998 when I was 18 yrs. old and they never told me I would ever have this much complication. My face was the first thing besides my breasts to thin out, and many times I have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror knowing I once had cheeks and bigger breasts. Along with this I have a lot of unattractive skin and need the tummy tuck. BCBS shield told me to speak with the doctor and have him file a report and that is what I am going to do in a few weeks. My question is ...What can I do to get a fuller face so my cheeks don't look sunkin' in and my cheek bones stick out? Please help me if you can!!! After 10 months and more than 100lbs later, when I look in the mirror every day, I see my new me. It looks great, and I am happy. But it took me time to realize where those pounds went, and why I look different. Sounds weird? Well, read on鈥?br>
My doctor recomended it. I know that once you've had the surgery you can't eat nearly as much, thats why I haven't done it yet. I would like to drop some weight though........ you can get implants. This is why this surgery is so dangerous. It's not like they can stop it. You're body is eating itself because it doesn't get enough fatty stuff to put the fat into those areas that need it. Maybe you should have really dieted and did a good excersize program instead of taking the easy way out. I know I know, you like everyone else did that and dieting for 2 wks and going to the gym 3 times doesn't count as trying. God we're a lazy country. A cosmetic or reconstructive surgeon can do the job for you. The same person you'd talk with about the fummy tuck. Get tummy tuck surgery in India.Cosmetic and dental Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. |
