What are some ways to reduce the pain from bursitis?

I have a severe case of bursitis on my right shoulder. Aside from the obvious ways ie. a doctor visit, I am in dire need of all meaningfull suggestions.

do not sleep on your side. Make sure you are sleeping on your back so you're not putting weight on your shoulder. You have to limit the use of your arm.

I recommend deep tissue massage therapy As it will help loosen the shoulder muscles. Also use a heating pad for twenty minutes and afterwards apply an analgesic cream.

Acupuncture can be very beneficial and many people have said it help them get over bursitis.

first i dont think its bursitis-that takes place normally in both shoulders at the same time in the same degree-grape seeds eaten 3 for 2 days-or extract will help that.
are you sleeping on that shoulder-have you injured it in any way? and take good mulitple vitamins-it may be something that will need an operation apart from a miracle from Jesus-yet healing either way is a miracle.

in Jesus amazing grace that saved me=John 3 repented of sin and born again asking Jesus to my heart in to become my best friend.

cold and hot compresses will help too temporarily-yet-if you cant lift your arm its advanced and isnt bursitis-and needs help.

Bursitis can be one of the many problems caused by systemic Candida. An overgrowth of Candida albicans in the gut spreads to internal tissue eventually. When this is happening there are a host of conditions causing fluid retention, causing easy bruising and painful serious conditions such as arthritis and bursitis. Affected tissue and organs by Candida and its many symptoms are grouped under the name of Candida Syndrome (C.S.). Bursitis is due to the action your body undertakes trying to get rid of the intruder and using inflammation as its 麓weapon.麓 Since C.S. is not recognized widely by doctors, Bursitis gets treated as an isolated condition and drugs are prescribed often only helping Candida to grow faster. Check out the sources below but who knows your Bursitis is not Candida related. Anyway there are things you can do so that is the good news.
