Bursitis & rotator cuff inflamation...?

Any fellow sufferers out there? What do you do for relief?

I've had bursitus (in the right hip), and it HURTS!!!!!!!!! See the Doc and get a Rx. Antibiotics.

Once you're over it, follow the instructions of one of my ex-coworkers. Drink cranberry juice. You don't have to be a fanatic about it. She drank it every night at the bar. Cranberry juice and vodka. She was a beautician, and they are very prone to bursitus. (Working with the arms held up and in awkward positions.) She had several bouts with B. Once she heard about cranberry juice, and started drinking it, she never had B again. I try to have cranberry juice at least once a month, and I've never had a recurrence.

Go figure. It can't hurt. It's not like you have to eat your spinach and liver. And I've since heard that there is an enzyme in cranberry juice that prevents joints from infecting.

i dont have it but i am a medical assistant rest the arm or arms use ice and elevate the arm/arms
