I have Bursitis and don't sleep well. Is there a certain mattress I should look into buying that might help?

We just bought our daughter a Tempurpedic. Expensive, but so far..so worth it! She has scoliosis, Chiari Malformation and a spinal tether, and we are preparing for upcoming spinal surgery.
Already, she's gone from sleeping with about 6 pillows and restless nights to sleeping with just one pillow and sleeping so much more soundly.
She can find the exact position that does not hurt her back. It's really been a blessing.
Now if I could only save enough $$ to get us a King sized one!
