What causes Bursitis? |
I have it in my hip and have just been diagnosed with Bursitis in my shoulder. Bursitis is the inflammation of bursa. Bursa are fluid-filled sacs that lies between tendon and skin. Bursa also lie between tendon and bone. There are hundreds are Bursa in the body. Log onto Wiki, it`s fully explained there. I know Im shouldnt answer really, because I don't know but Oh my gosh! That is so funny! It was about an hour ago and I was sitting in my friends office. He is a doctor and I turned to a resident that is shadowing him today and asked him what causes it...sorta a quiz!!!! It is caused from repetative motion or a strain. It usally takes about 6 months to go away. Move your shoulder do not give to it. Work it everyday! Take 3 advil at a time 3 times a day. (if you are able to take advil). Good luck!
