Seriously, let me guess--you are a skateboarder. If it is bursitis it will heal but it takes time. I had never had burisitis but I got it in my elbow from pounding it against my stuck car door to open it. I treated it with ice a long time. It still felt slightly swollen for months although it didn't hurt. Eventually it feels now just like the other elbow--no swelling. But at 13 you probably will heal pretty rapidly if you eliminate the trauma to the area.
