Stomach burns after eating eggs?

I love eating eggs for breakfast...About 5 years ago my stomach started burning about an hour after I ate eggs, its been happening ever since. It burns really bad. I have been tested for ulcers and the tests were negative. It used to burn with other rich foods too like red sauces and goat cheese but not so much anymore. Anybody know what in the hell this is?
Thanks

One of the writers mentioned Previcid, which is for Acid Re-
flux. And that I've had, and it's primarily in the esophagus
area leading into the digestive tract. I would think you should
see an allergist to determine what foods you can be allergic
to. So that you'll know the list and what to eat sparingly of or
not at all. They do scratch tests with allergens then wait and see what you swell up from at the scratch sites. I've had that done a few times in my life.
You also might try an over the counter med for coating the
stomach, to minimize the after affects of burning, and elim-
inating an over acid stomach in a soothing ant-acid formula. For the life of me, I can't think of the product name so often
advertised. Tho there is more than one available.
My grandpa swore by Tums. He ate them like candy. But you
need to find a specialist who can test you and then treat you,
or advise you on what is best you could buy for yourself, that
could eliminate the need for a real drug.

No, but maybe you should stop eating eggs?

prob allergic check with ur doctor

While I can't offer any medical advice, you should have other tests besides ulcer checks, perhaps a blood test. My father also has a problem while eating eggs and some similar foods, so you might want to talk with your doctor about the full number of reasons why this might be happening.

You have become intolerant to eggs. I have the same thing, got it about 7 years ago...and i love eggs. It's actually a form of heartburn that you are feeling... the best thing to do is, of course, try not to eat eggs too often, but if you are like me and have to have them, take some Prevacid or some Zantac 150 about half an hour BEFORE you eat them. This will help.
