Face is wierd ....burns....stings...and drys?

hello.....i need help right now on what to do with my face......when i took a shower i used the soap called (NEUTROGENA)....when i came out....my whole face started burning...and it still does...and its stingy....i cant even move my face....its burns very much and its turns very flaky.....will someoen tell me what to do right now...it burns....and i tryed lotion already....PLZ TELL ME WHAT TO DO IT HURTS!

rinse your face really well...then ask your mom or someone at the house with you if you have hydrocortisone....this stops itching and burning and flaking...if nobody has any rub vaseline on it or any oil like olive oil then take yourself to the store like walgreens to get some hydrocortisone....your face is too sensitive for neutrogena so never use it again.

It sounds as though you are allergic to something in the soap; cortisone cream may help. You might also take a dose of Benedryl; it will make you a bit sleepy, but should help calm the reaction. Obviously, you don't want to use that soap again. I'm a little surprised by this, because Neutrogena is very mild, but clearly it has created a problem.

I would also consider contacting the manufacturer to let them know of your reaction; there's a fairly good chance that they will ask you to ship it to them (at their expense); I've used this brand for many years (I'm 52, and have been using it since my teens), and I've literally never run into anybody who has had a problem with it. It's not very likely, but it is POSSIBLE that something got into the bottle that isn't supposed to be there, and I am reasonably certain that they would want to find out what it is.
